“What we like the most was privet access to the beach and also the grounds very well maintained”

“This property had all the amenities that you would want. Enjoy the Lake Huron beach, lounge chairs, hammock, indoor heated pool, BBQ station, pool table, upper and lower decks to view the beautiful sun sets, indoor lounging area and breakfast included daily. We will definitely re-book this amazing property again.”

“They would not let us hang around the beach for the day on the day of checking out. I think that's pretty petty. No more stays there.”

“Beautiful old inn. Room was huge. Pool was great. Staff excellent. Food for the most part was amazing. We even were introduced to music bingo!!!”

“I would strongly recommend staying away from this hotel. It is extremely old, poorly maintained, and has a very unpleasant smell throughout. My first impression was the entrance door handle, which was visibly dirty and smelled bad. The receptionist, lady with white hair was also extremely rude and unwelcoming. The room furniture was outdated and had a musty smell. The windows could not be opened, so there was no way to let in fresh air. The bathroom fan was extremely old and made a loud noise……

The hospitality and friendliness was impeccable. Prices may be high but the experience is worth it. Thank you for such a great little gem outside Goderich.”

“We rented a spot for a girls weekend. It was the perfect spot for us. We had the pool and the hot tub to enjoy. It was big enough for us. We would definitely come back!! ☺️”

“Room is clean but has a different smell especially when the aircon was turned on. Toiletries is not complete. Parking is tight. Staff is very nice and helpful. Area is walking distance to the square”

“There's water damage throughout the units. The bathtubs are deadly. Slippery as nothing as that in my life. No wonder there's a grip bar on there. Badly in need of updates. The air conditioner sounds like a freight train. Extension cords are everywhere. Bathtub is in need of grouting. No bugs inside. Beware of sitting under the trees. Respect to the lady that runs it.. But we won't be back. The 3rd time there was not a charm.”
